Kohan Diar Warranty Policy

At Kohan Diar, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to dress functionality, such as issues with zippers, buttons, seams, and stitching. This policy outlines your rights as a buyer and sets forth the terms and conditions of our warranty.

Warranty Coverage: We warrant that our dresses will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting dress functions for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, Kohan Diar will repair the dress at our discretion, free of charge.


How to Make a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact Kohan Diar customer service at support@kohandiar.ca. You will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) and describe the defect or issue you are experiencing. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps for processing your claim.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: Please note that our warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper care (including washing or cleaning contrary to care instructions)
  • Alterations or modifications made by anyone other than Kohan Diar
  • Fading, discoloration, or damage from exposure to sunlight or chemicals
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided with the dress

Rights of the Seller: Kohan Diar reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and to deny claims that do not meet the terms of this warranty policy. We may also offer alternative solutions depending on the circumstances of each claim.

Additional Terms: This warranty is only applicable to dresses purchased directly from Kohan Diar or authorized Kohan Diar retailers. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective dresses as stated herein. Kohan Diar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
